Dayanand is a veteran in Finance and Accounts portfolio and well versed with Merger-Acquisition formalities.
Worked for seventeen years in NCCF a Central Government Undertaking. He has also served with Kshema Technologies and K-Two Technology Solutions prior to taking up a role in entrepreneurship.He served as Chief Finance Officer with K-Two Technology Solutions in his last role.
Dayanand is a Commerce graduate from Dharwar University.

Managing Director
Baba is an accomplished hands-on senior leader in IT with experience spanning design/development, application support, project, program & delivery management.
Competent and experienced in venturing into new /unknown area of business /domain.
He has worked in IT majors such as TCS, Mphasis, BPL Telecom and Indian Telephone Industries prior to taking up a role in entrepreneurship.
Qualification : MS (Software Systems) from BITS Pilani and BE in Electronics and Communications from Mysore University.

Sundara Rudraiah
Director
Sundara is a Bilingual Software professional with 28+ years of experience (including 22 years in Japan) in Design & Development, Research and Project Management for diverse IT industries.
He has worked from the era of DOS environment to latest Web Technologies, can work on platforms like Windows, Linux, Unix and Mainframe environment.
Certified Project Management Professional(PMP)
Well versed in Japanese culture and language.
Qualification : BE in Computer Science and Engineering from Mysore University.
